Reusing Factory fender liners with American adventure Lab LED Fender chop kit

Starting to look into the American Adventure Lab fender kit for my JLUR when I got to 37's. They mentioned it's possible to reuse the OEM plastic liners with their kit, and linked to Trail Jeepers website- however, I couldn't find any pics or other information about how to do this.

Does anyone know if there are any tutorials/ write ups on reusing the OEM plastic liners? if I missed something in the search, please feel free to link me. Thanks!
