what model printer is that?
It started out as an Ender 3 pro... But hardly anything is left of that other than the stepper motors..haha

I think I have the finalized prototype. I'll print it tonight and see how it goes.

Ended up having some free time last night. Have you made provision for these alignment tabs that stick out? It's also slightly tapered in so if you've made it the diameter at the top then it will not sit all the way down. I measured the top at 11-3/8" and the bottom at 11-1/4" with the tabs 1/8" at the top and 1/16" at the bottom.

My adapter is going to have to be a bit different. My sub has the magnet on the front so even though I only need a 1/2" spacer to get the sub to fit in the enclosure I'm going to need a 2" spacer above the sub to get the grill to fit.

I noted the alignment tabs, but I am just planning on using some side cutters to remove them if I decide on an inner ring.

One more template is done...while watching some Vice Grip Garage. I think the best method for how I am making it is to do a thick outer ring in the dimensions that I have pictured here, and make 4 spacers shaped like the ears on the model that will build it out flush. Thin I don't have to worry about the inner ring and can make the main ring in whatever size is necessary. The gap where the lower ring would be can be left alone or filled in with foam or resin..etc.

Here is the finalized lower spacer ring. This will be going in the Jeep. I made it with PETG, so it can handle all of the environmental changes that a Jeep will see through its life. I'm hesitating to print the main attachment ring because my woofer is on backorder and I want to measure it to make sure I have everything dialed in.

I have a LC2i pro (LOC) sitting on a shelf. Can I pull the line in inputs from the subwoofer harness, or do I need to grab it from the sound bar still?

I won't know how everything will fit together till the woofer arrives, but I went ahead and "finalized" the main top woofer mount. I decided to get a little aggressive with it, as far as style goes. I was bored today, and an engineer is gonna engineer. Until I can make sure everything fits, I won't be selling anything. But stay tuned. I still have a few alignment tweaks to make with the mounting holes, but it will come together.

Awesome work. I've been getting better at 3d printing myself, however I think my ender needs an upgraded hot end. Struggling with abs.
