Replacement Transmission/ Clutch Slipping

Good afternoon ,
Earlier this year in my 2018 JLUR , I had the great joy of having my transmission pop out of both 2nd and 3rd gear when downshifting . The dealership had my car for nearly 2 months and replaced the transmission.

it is now a few months later and the car just doesn’t feel right again. Car was” blocking “ out gears , I would have to upshift then go back into the gear.
The clutch also slips at moderate speeds while just hitting the Gas
I have an appointment soon , but has anybody else experienced this many issues?
This transmission is truly a POS

Nope, they refused to replace the clutch as it was not “under warranty” made a scene and tried to fight it, but at that point I didn’t have much leverage nor could I go somewhere else as the tranny was already dropped
