Newbie question but searched with no success. . . . I am installing a new bumper on my 2020 JLUR and it doesn't allow for the factory fog lights. When I unplug from the factory harness, do I need to weatherproof the connector left on the vehicle in case future use was ever needed? Thanks in advance.

Fill the unused connector with dielectric grease to prevent water from corroding and or shorting it out.
