Removal of Rear Passenger-side Cargo panel

I am about to install a rusty off road tire carrier and I am looking for instructions or video on how to remove the passenger side rear panel JLU. I've only seen a video on the driver on a JL and it doesn't look to be the same.

I Went with a good pull...felt like it was going to break, a long screw driver helped.

can you post a pic with it off, especially the sub area?

I don't want to go back inside that panel...I didn't like the feel of those clips, felt like the panel was going to snap.
