Tons, I told my service advisor "5 quarts" and I would check their work when finished. They still got it wrong and had to fixI wonder how many people with JLs are driving with 6 quarts of oil, assuming their Jeep dealer knows what they are doing and not giving it a second thought?
Good point and some people have the lifetime warranty.Tons, I told my service advisor "5 quarts" and I would check their work when finished. They still got it wrong and had to fix
Paying for and taking my own 5 quarts of oil next time @JeepCares ....
I know, I could do it myself but like to have oil changes on record till the warranty period is over.

Thanks for the offer but they will do it right this time because I'll be watching.Hi He_Hate_Me_JL,
As mentioned to your fellow forum members, please send us a PM prior to your next oil change and our team will contact your dealer prior to ensure the proper procedure is followed!

“We checked the dipstick 3 times, it’s normal.”The bad thing is when you tell them at the service desk, and they don't believe you. Lol.
