I think so. For me it tries to load pages, but nothing happens. Any update on your Jeep?
Not a single update. I contacted Jeep chat again today but they only told me my case was being worked on by a specialist and he would send me updates. I was like yea but I emailed him and he hasn’t responded! So they said they would let him know I’m trying to get a hold him. I can’t believe this. I’m on day 50 since D1-D regress

Your dealer doesn't have any allocations. If you want purple, you should get one that's on a lot somewhere.

I keep hoping this is going to be one of those where the Jeep is lost in the system and then suddenly arrives at your dealer out of the blue. :) Personally, I think I'd give up on Jeep Chat and keep regularly checking with the dealer for updates.

Latest update from this morning is that we are scheduled to start production on Monday (the 28th). Not really sure how I feel about it starting the first day back from a holiday but beggars can’t be choosers!!! 🤷‍♂️

Your dealership hasn’t been able to, or willing to give you any updates? That’s pretty chitty! I’ve been emailing my dealer about every other week for updates. Latest update from this morning is that we are scheduled to start production on Monday (the 28th). Not really sure how I feel about it starting the first day back from a holiday but beggars can’t be choosers!!! 🤷‍♂️

I'm not sure about allocation. I thought that just meant the allocation the dealership gets for their own inventory. A customer order like yours shouldn't make a difference. But I'm guessing there are others around here who know more about that process than I do. Does the Jeep Tracker still show your order and your dealership?

Have you only been contacting your dealer, or have you gone up the chain to management?

It’s been 20 years since I’ve worked on a dealership lot so take this with a HUGE grain of salt. Typically dealerships get monthly allocations for ordering cars. Back then it was my understanding that this only applied to orders for dealer stock and didn’t apply to sold orders. That could be wrong though. I think it’s pretty insane that they don’t have any updates. I assumed you were informed of you D1 > D regress from the Jeep Tracker (the non-FCA site)? They should, at the very least, be able to confirm if you are still in D or progressed back to D1. I’m not sure JP chat has access to any information other than the “official” JP tracking site.
