Just wanted to know if anyone cut or is thinking of cutting the driver's side drag link appendage on their Reid Racing Knuckle. I believe it is for right hand drive vehicles and wont affect anything. Oddly, its causing me some anxiety. Would there be an issue if removed? Thanks.

Your best bet is to contact Reid themselves.

Ask them how much of it you can cut off before it starts affecting the load analysis.

They have likely received this question before and may be able to tell you a measurement that would be allowable.

Josh P. at Reid Racing said it was okay to cut off the unused appendage.
Now that the wheel is on, I can barely see it. I know its there though. LOL

I looked at it. When I saw it didn't interfere with anything, I left it. But you can cut it to a shape like the OEM knuckle if you like. Only you will know. If you want to grind on them, grind the stops to allow full wheel angle.
