I like to joke around too but this girl was distraught, probably not thinking clearly at the time either. That's called stress.
They sold that girl a lemon. I know she ranted with a few f-bombs so what. Not everyone is versed and knowledgeable about factory suspension VS aftermarket. She didn't know. As a Jeep community people should have offered suggestions and advice to help her out, not ridicule her.

Maybe next time we can do better.

Been happening here for as long as i've been a lurker. It's the forum kids acting like children they are...unfortunately it's not going to change unless moderators start doing something about it.

Yeah. I mean. Isn’t the whole point some healthy cynicism and ridicule? If you come to the internet and ask for advise, be ready to get it in the most crude form possible. We’ve all been there plenty of times.

What I found more disturbing is how the thread degraded after page 7 or 8 when it basically became a misogynistic rant. Grown-ups acting like children is one thing - Being a grown-up and never having grown up is another - that’s just pathetic.

In my experience with forums, you tend to get responses that are in line with your original post. If someone were to bring up an issue, ask a question, and acknowledge their own ignorance (thus their reason for seeking advice), these forums, like others, tend to provide honest and actionable feedback, likely with some levity or debate mixed in.

Go into it with an attitude born from anger mixed with arrogance, as what happened in that thread.... then as others have said, "internet gonna internet."

So posting fuck the dealer and send them a box of dog shit and I love to use the f word all with at least an indication of a sense of humor by the OP should not be seen as an invitation to respond with the same style of humor? I haven’t read the last pages before the lock so I’m not commenting on that.
