I have a problem with my kit (21-20003-03), how can I contact you?

I specify that I don't open my capo all the time ! but when I open it, I have the following problems :

1. I have to push it all the way up by hand, it never goes up by itself
2. Today, while I put it very well completely open, I risked to take it on my head which is really not pleasant.
3. I specify that in my order I clearly specified that I had a European hood.
4. I repeated the test three times by pushing the hood completely open and EACH time it closes by itself in a few minutes! it's very dangerous.

What else do you need to explain so that you can help me. I think I really have a problem, I've already posted pictures of my hood above in this topic.

Anyone else have the red tab snap? I went to open the hood all the way back yesterday and discovered one side had the red release tab missing. I was able to use a small flathead to release the strut. Not sure how this happened, and curious if this is a common problem.

After a private message exchange with "Redline Tuning". (Andreas) and the conclusion that I did not have the right gas shocks, I received today the new ones and eager to put them I went to do this installation right away.

Now, I have a hood that does not fall down anymore, and only very slowly, once helped to open over a certain distance by hand, at the end of the race it continues to rise up by itself, phew.
So I'm safe so I don't risk getting my hood on my head anymore.

Thanks to @Redline Tuning for his quick answer (here), then in MP, then immediately send me the right spare gas shock absorbers, service at the top!!
