Red cost to change blue exterior accents

Careful where you order hydro blue paint... The P/N PBJ Hydro Blue/Laser Blue may be the same, but that is no guarantee that it is the exact same color as your hydro!

In the past, Chrysler reused the paint code PBJ for hydro, which had already been used for a previous shade of blue (Atlantic Blue). How stupido was that... Anyway, not the same color.... they are two, distinct different colors. If you get old stock Chrysler PBJ it will not be the color you want.

You might want to have a back and forth with a company that does custom paint in touch up pens and spray cans. Let them know your concern and let them research and get you the color match you need. THEN, they are responsible to make it right so to speak..

Anyone change the blue accents? I'd like to get another red rubicon but the reb/blue combo has me thinking billet silver instead.

That said, painting the tow hooks should be cheap, any idea of cost to swap out the rubicon side decals on the hood?

not sure I'd change the black/blue one on the hood tbh... or maybe the combo in real life of reb/blue isn't as bad as I'm thinking?

I'm not trying to change your mind, but I was going to look into changing the blue accents. I've only had the Jeep for about a week and they have grown on me. I like the blue accents. Makes the Jeep a little unique. I will keep them.

If you want to swap tow hooks for black ones, I’m sure you could easily find someone to swap with you. *cough* I’m down *cough*

I bought the blue tow hooks on the official Mopar parts site. I paid $260 for them then I had my local dealership switch them out for me. That was $290. Love the blue hooks on the black Sahara. I'm now looking for other blue accents. Thinking about getting some custom caliper covers painted up in the electric blue.

I want to swap the ARB bumper from my 2020 JLUR to the 2021 4xe JLUR that we picked up today, but really like the blue accents - I want to paint the red tow loops on the bumper the same electric blue color.

Appreciate any guidance. The ARB loops are powder coated, so hoping something will stick to that relatively well.

Edit: I should say the decals are Surf Blue. The factory tow hooks are actually a different color blue (Lagoon Blue).
