The roll bar mount for hi-lift is way better, but I have a pioneer rack on maximus 3 mounts in that location.
My 55” hi lift fits sideways on these brackets behind the roll bar while in its storage bag, a 48” would fit also, the 55” is tight. used big zip ties to hold tight and prevent shifting left or right. the ends of jack are about 1” clear of the fiberglass top on sides and not touching on top.
This created a “shelf” to put other gear on, like a tire repair kit, a snatch strap, and an air hose. It does not take up any of the space I normally use when camping.
