Stay away from LHM in Thornton. Worst experience I have ever had.

I have since rescheduled with Auto West and will see how they do. The initial call was already a more enjoyable experience
My experience there yesterday was nothing short of horrible! Their Yelp and Google reviews do not include even ONE positive review of LHM-Thornton's service department but dozens of horror stories. I will NEVER trust my vehicle to them again.

Just bought a lightly used (7k miles, 8 months old) JLUR from out of state. I was wondering which dealers in the Denver area people recommend for service. Obviously I'm still under warranty. I have light mods but nothing major (see footer). I'm near Parker Rd and Belleview, so a little southeast of downtown and the closest is Autonation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe. But I don't mind driving if there is consensus regarding another dealer that might have a better reputation with respect to quality, price, and or mod friendliness.
I had a bad experience at AutoNation West in Golden. They -said- that they did my track bar weld recall inspection... but did not post the results to the recall site or my vehicle's service record so the inspection had to be done -again- with my first oil change. I am not certain that they actually DID the inspection since they did not bother to document it! Instead they let me go out on a 660 mile drive in what appears to have been an uninspected vehicle!

Stay away from Autonation West in Golden for Jeep service!

Very late update, Pollard fixed my issues and did me right after some accidental damage to my Jeep. They took ownership of the damage and really took care of me earlier this year to fix what went wrong. I worked directly with Bob their service director who is straight up a good dude! He did everything right and really went the extra mile accommodate my issues and concerns.

I have been back there since that for regular service with no issues.

I would second Autonation Jeep West. The only issue though is that I always have a hell of a time getting through to the service department when I try calling.
My experience with AutoNation West:
First call: a manager will call you back later today. (no call for 2+ weeks)
Second call: a manager will call you back later today. (no call for 1+ week)
Third call: a manager will call you back in 7 days. (that was today)

I turned around and called the Larry miller on Havana and got a appointment right away. It's 2.5 weeks out, but at least it's something.

@JeepCares service in Denver is not very good. I'd expect more after buying a $60k msrp vehicle.

How was your LHM Havana service? Curious because I took my Jeep in for 50K service there and they tried to tell me my windshield wipers need replacing (I had replaced them 30 days prior), and showed me a picture of someone else's air filter and said it needed replacing (I had put in a aftermarket performance filter which had red plastic on the outside of it instead of the original Mopar gray in their picture).

I've made extensive repairs in an attempt to fix Jeep wobble and while the wobble is gone, I still get steering drift. I wanted to have the steering drift TSB installed and they told me my Jeep is out of warranty and I would have to pay for the fix, but regardless, I would need a technician to look at the problem first because customers can't diagnose TSBs. They gave me an appointment which was 2 weeks out.

After a week, I thought "If I'm paying for this anyway, why not just have it done?" So, I called to change the purpose of my appointment and get parts ordered. Day one: Call in morning and afternoon. I got transferred to my "service advisor" and left a message both times. Day two: Transferred again, left message again. Day three: Transferred again, left message again. Day four: They got ready to transfer me and and I told them I would not be transferred to voicemail again. The person made sure I got my service advisor. The FIRST thing I asked her was "Have you heard my messages?" and "How often do you listen to your messages?"

So - it turns out, she NEVER listens to any messages because as she put it, if she doesn't answer, it goes to the DEALERSHIP voicemail. To the best of her understanding, NO ONE listens to any messages left because they actually don't know how to access the dealership's internal voicemail. Frankly, she didn't think people COULD leave voicemail. WTAF?

This has been my experience WITH EVERY SINGLE CAR DEALERSHIP SERVICE GROUP EVER. No one knows how to set up their phone system, so don't ever expect it to work.

I have not yet been in for my service, but my service advisor reiterated that she cannot just order parts. I have to keep my appointment for diagnosis. If the tech decides I need the TSB, then they will order parts.

LOL Useless.
