So I had my jeep lifted in August. 3 inch lift.. 35's.. just this week I noticed a vibration on the freeway once hitting about 60 to 65mph. Does not happen below that.. regular roads its smooth. The steering wheel does NOT shake back and forth.. I just feel it in the body of the jeep itself. I was hoping for some experienced people to chime in.. could this be suspension items that lost torque.. jeep come out of alignment? Wheels coming out of balance? I haven't even had any damage or hit anything off road.. its been off road twice and just on trails. I have a feeling if I take it to the dealer they won't cover whatever is wrong and blame it on my lift or tires. Just hoping to get some ideas to track it down myself. Thanks everyone

You could rotate the front tires to the rear and vice-versa. If that makes a change, have them rebalanced. If no change, than that's one less possibility.

I'm taking it to the shop for a balance check just to rule that out.. they aren't gonna charge me for it so might as well.. if it's not that then I'm gonna have to put a torque wrench on my suspension components and make sure they are all torqued..

Your shop is road force balancing them, right? Our larger tires require a more accurate balance than run of the mill balance machine can provide. Just covering all points by asking that.

My bet: Rear tire(s) out of balance. If you feel it in the steering wheel, front tires out of balance. If you feel it in the seat, rear tires out of balance.

Also, lifted, might be bad joints on driveshaft. But, roadforce the tires first and rotate them to take that out of equation.

Show us a picture of your drive shaft angle. What 3" lift is it? For some reason, a lot of Jeep lifts go the opposite of every man on the planet and under exaggerate the length of an inch. (I'm looking at you Mopar)

I’ve had this happen on a previous vehicle. The body would shake after about 55mph but when I’d let off the pedal the shaking would stop.

The culprit was worn u joints on my drive shaft. Looking at your driveshaft angle, I’d say it’s a high possibility they’re worn

It would be the front DS, that's the rear. What's the angle coming off axle?
It would be the front driveshaft even though it's not spinning in 2 wheel drive?

Well. It would be the front that would have an angle issue. But no, it shouldn't be spinning, sorry, I'm in the tail end of a Covid bout, lol.

Edit: there have been cases of the front DS turning in 2Wd. Take a look here at this thread from @CarbonSteel.
