Received Unsolicited Attorney/Legal Scam in the Mail

Anyone else receive this generic mailer from an attorney? Smells of a scam.

I've only had issues with my 2018 JLU concerning the original aluminum steering box etc which was successfully replaced and issues resolved long ago.

They will send that crap out for any/every make and model of vehicle. You will also get mail and phone calls for extended warranties. Just ignore it all.

This one looks like it's a fishing expedition. However, there is currently a class action against FCA for the bubbling paint issue. That, unfortunately, appears to be an ongoing problem over which FCA probably SHOULD be sued.

Agree. As an attorney myself I can tell you that is some shoddy marketing. A quick google search would have revealed all sorts of legit issues that JL owners are chuffed about.

It does look like a scam, and thanks for sharing. There might be something that you would want to know about, but I would suggest talking about it to a good attorney.
I am not a lawyer, but I think something might be connected to Lemon Laws. You need more reliable sources of information. A good lawyer might save you lots of money you can spend on something more useful than a court settlement or something else. I suggest you have your own lawyer and ensure they have access to all the important information. This person will be able to help you in the most confusing situations.
