recall for "intermittent starts"

I received a recall notice on the Mopar app for "intermittent starts". I can not find any info on this. I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow, but in meantime has anyone else got this or any idea what it means. It is not listed as a safety recall.

I haven’t received a recall notice, but drove today for a ~250 mile highway trip, parked at my destination, tried to start my 392 about 30 minutes later, and it wouldn’t start. Pushed the starter button once, engine cranked for about 10-15 seconds with no ignition, I pushed the button again to stop. Started on next push. 600 miles on vehicle. Will see.

I got a response on another forum that it is related to loose starter bolts. So sounds like you may be a victim of it.
