Rebalancing

How often does everyone have larger tires re-balanced? Or do you? I rotate regularly but have not re-balanced since owning. The original balancing job was not great and used lots of weights. Curious if they could be re-balanced better or doesn't matter since yellow dot is worn off and wasn't originally lined up with valve stem.

Shouldn't have to re-balance unless you start to notice vibration at speed, or if your tires or wheels have been damaged (like nailing a curb, leaving a dent or some tire damage).
