Has anyone put a small floodlight under the rear of the jeep facing forward?
Instead of doing a bunch of rock lights, a good flood light could add to cornering lighting as well as illuminating under the jeep and forward on the sides. Stepping out of jeep at night will be safer with illumination on sides. I don't need fancy glow rock lights, this is just for improving night crawling.
The photo shows a location on a rear frame cross bar which is high and tucked away from harm. It has two threaded holes also.
I put a single off brand aurora 4 inch Scene beam (120 deg wide) light pod there for off road use only. thank you to swampcat4 for the photo and mentioning the threaded holes (12mm 1.25 threads) in another post. I also have rigid front bumper diffused pod lights and rear back up pod lights for crawling.
