Rear Tire Saddle Bags?

I like the idea of the trasharoo, it is a nice and convenient spot to throw trash and other miscellaneous junk that you don't need in your cab, like muddy boots. However I also like the use of my rear view camera. Does anyone have/use saddle bags that go around the perimeter of the spare instead of over the face? Thinking about sewing up my own if none are made.

Available via Quadratec. It appears that rear camera would not be impacted.

The amount of weight that you add in the saddle bags could add up really quick. Take that into account along with your tire/wheel weight and your tailgate or tire carrier weight limit.

It depends on your individual tire carrier and wheel/tire setup but if your running 35s on a tire carrier capable of 40s then you should be able to run at least 20lbs

Your specific wheel and tire will also be different. It’s not just as simple as....

35” tire weights “x”
20” wheel weights “y”

So therefore.... x + y = z
