II think it was like $500 from ExtremeTerrain, last minute purchase took about an hour to install. That's a good size cooler on there and it was packed. Normally I just take the seat out but we ended up having to take the dog along.

I may mount a Pax bracket so we can take along 2g water jug. I think for most people the extra fuel and water is for show with the exception being those people who are in back country for an extended period. The only reason I would have is so I could carry water for the dog with out caring fragile gallon jugs inside the vehicle but we'll see.

I'd like one because it definitely would make it a bit easier to take mine on an extended road trip with the family as well. Would just need a waterproof bag and then we could store some luggage up top, and then still have the hitch available for the bike rack if we wanted. My wife has a JLU which has plenty of room inside, but these are great for us two-door owners.

Still back ordered like almost everything on AALs website. This would be perfect for the spare tire on my Turtleback trailer. Probably use it as a fire wood hauler.
