Thank you...very helpful. I think that is going to be a Spring project.Pretty Simple actually I took the OEM one out and and Traced it out on Thin Sheet of MDF I had Laying around. I then used that to test fit and make adjustments to get the fit I wanted . After getting the mount holes correct with the tie down points and taking a ton of measurements to make sure the door was going square with everything and give as much access to the cubby as I could get. After finalizing the fit and taking it in and out about 10 times. I then transferred the template to a 3/4 piece of hardwood Plywood cut it out and made sure it fit a half dozen times did some minor adjustments. The Door does need to be shaved Down so the tailgate will close. You can see the little ramp in the pic. And a 1/4 inch piece of plywood will need to be laminated to the underside of the door to fill the gap where the bolt storage is. After that I Shot it with Raptor Liner I ordered from Amazon.
I saw these today. You may want to check them out as well.Okay, I ordered the 105L with the lid organizer. Just need to figure out if I want to do a slide and shelf now. I will post some photos once I receive the unit.

Great looking system! Most of my stuff is in my Turtleback trailer so I did not want anything semi permanent in the back of my Jeep.I have the Trekboxx system and love it. American made, family owned and run.
I worked with David the owner to be the Guinea pig for his first JL system.
The quality is the best i have seen in the space. It is certainly not for everyone given the cost (please refrain from the"i cOuLD BuILd It fOr $100 aT hOmE DePoT" Comments. Yes, you could build a drawer system, but not of the same quality)
The only downside other than cost is it is very heavy
Thanks!Great looking system! Most of my stuff is in my Turtleback trailer so I did not want anything semi permanent in the back of my Jeep.

Should have kept reading thread.. looks great!Love the line x etc.. setup good and clean. Did you make it or is it for purchase somewhere?
You'll like them. I have a bunch for my 95L boxes. That’s awesome! I just ordered two of these and they deliver tomorrow they are going to go inside the Roam case to help organize inside of it.
i’m looking forward to getting these. I was also really excited for the lid organizer but looks like that’s not for another month or two. You'll like them. I have a bunch for my 95L boxes.
That’s a cool system but it would not fit my 55 L dometic fridge. I like the idea of finding maybe a custom fab piece that can slide out that can attach to the trail rail management system on the sides so I can quickly install it for a Camping Trips and remove it when I’m not camping.@alksion I know you said you weren't looking for something permanent, but prior to switching to my AAL drawers setup, I had this installed and it was both out of the way and useful: https://shop.diabolicalinc.com/products/slide-floor
