Rear seat won’t tumble, sunshade looks caught in lock/latch!! Help!!

Hi all! Looks like my sunshade somehow made its way under my rear seat and is now in latch area where rear seat is locked and won’t tumble and won’t unlock, any ideas on how to access would be much appreciated as was hoping to remove rear seat before upcoming trip!! Thanks in advance!!

Not kidding when I say this........ Have a couple of your heaviest family members sit on the rear seat and then while they are sitting there, try to release the seat.
