I have to hand it to UPR CS, they sent me a new hose (as well), no questions. I replaced it and confirmed the original hose was leaking from the PCV-side fitting. About 44k on the catch can/hoses.
I will be diving into mine soon. Was the fitting cracked or?

I didnt notice any visible crack and the hose was still on the PCV valve securely. It looked like a leak in the swivel portion of the fitting(?), but hard to tell. I didnt do any pressure testing.
