Do you think the upper portion over the seats and the gap cover (I have leather seats) would work with a Weathertech cargo tray/liner? Didn’t realize this product existed and already have a Weathertech cargo tray/liner but would like the protection when my seats are folded for the dogs.Bought a Rear Mopar Cargo Tray kit for the gap hider. I used the gap hider as I have cloth seats and dogs, but already have protection for the rest of the rear seats+cargo area, so no need for these mats... It has all the hardware you'd need to install on your rear leather seats+cargo area.
Looking for local pick-up only as the box it was delivered in is bulky as crap.

Sorry, let me clarify. Trying to see if i just don’t use the cargo portion (the Weathertech covers side to side), how much the rubber gap protector extends into the cargo hold area. Curious to see if it would be compatible keeping the Weathertech liner in the trunk and just using the gap protector and seat back portions.I assume there'd be some gross overlap of the actual trunk area part of the mat...

Pretty much everything around the red line and under extends into the cargo area. And I agree, I love the weathertech for its edge-to-edge protection. If I were to keep the weathertech while wanting the protection for the back of the seats+gap hider, I'd probably cut off the trunk portion of the gap hider+trunk mat.
