Hey guys so a bit of an issue. I had the Jeep parked a few weeks (3500 miles on odo) and finally had a chance to take it out today. On the way to the trail the rear locker engaged and stayed engaged

I cannot get it to unlock at all. I even kept going to the trail and hoped it work itself out but after the trail still no luck. It's confirmed locked up

I have a Tazer Mini but I tried unmarrying it and going to stock as I thought that was the issue but nope. All cables are in tact as well. Any ideas? I'm gonna go grab a pizza before I torch the jeep

What have you tried?

Flat surface on pavement and put it in reverse?

My Rubi wouldn't always unlock until you rolled backwards a hair. But that was Gen1..

Disco the plug?

Switched between 4hi, 4lo and 2wd

Reverse and going forward. Tried reversing up a steep bank to hopefully let it slip open.

Locked front and rear, unlocked front and rear (except rear stuck of course)

I just drove another 10 miles and no luck. Womp.

If the plug is unplugged and it's already engaged, will it disengage?

Sounds like you've tried everything.

Maybe here? https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/locker-won’t-disengage-with-tazer-jl.44138/

Yeah was hoping that thread would shed some light but I had no luck after unmarrying and rebooting system to stock.

I'm thinking the ring is stuck, I will try to open up fill plug and see if I can move it over with a screwdriver. I don't have oil and all the shops are closed nearby so taking off cover would suck.

Ended up working once I remarried the Tazer & power cycled a few times.

I'm figuring it's a problem there and not mechanically
