I want to install tow hooks on both sides of the rear for my JLUR.
I think it is ridiculous to only have one side and since I have rear proximity sensors I do not plan to swap rear bumper yet if at all.
I have the steel bumper kit.

Has anyone tried the product below or know if they would mount?

Hey there,

I gave Maximus a call and they said the JL version is in the works. This is being designed and tested as of now. Keep an eye out for those to come out.

The link that you have provided are made specifically for the JK.

If you are looking for another tow point and you have a hitch installed, here is a tow hook that latches into your receiver:

Thank you,

You shouldn't need D-RING CLAMP BKTs on your bumper--if you leave D-RINGS on them--NOISE-

Just use the trailer hitch for either a PINTLE, or hitch D-RING--

The hitch will handle a lot more load than the D-RING BKTS anyway !

Good luck

Yeah that's a good idea to use the HITCH, BUT

A much cheaper/universal hitch addition is to use a large PINTLE and that enables you to use ropes/straps/D-rings, at any time-

I use the PINTLES always for that reason and also towing my trailer, I have 4 or 5 3/4" D-rings and the PINTLE allows their use also--

What is there to prevent using these mounts? Just drill 2 holes the correct size/distance and bolt it in. Might need to take off bumper to get nut bar in the frame. So what easy install.

Edit-
Make sure the bolts are grade 8.
