Real Simple: Anybody heard of FCA’s Fix for the clutch?

Yeah like as soon as a fix is announced, someone is going to go right to my old thread and up date it! Right….cheque is in the mail.

To bad you never took advice to not get the manual , could have saved some heart ache .

Thats bad advice not to get a manual. All my Wranglers have been manual. I have no issues with the clutch at all. I won’t own a Jeep if it wasn’t manual.

Not true. Look on molar website. The solution is replacing the entire clutch assembly and installing an alarm the sounds if it overheats.

Sorry *mopar* do a vin search for recall and it will tell you the solution for the recall

I agree," nearly" every Jeep Wrangler should be a manual .... however the JL has numerous problems starting with a low torque engine with a light weight flywheel .

So your saying that is the official Mopar FCA fix that each and every mt is entitled to which gets installed at the dealer?
