rattling

I installed a set of rhino racks on my wife's wrangler, then a go rhino basket type rack on top of those racks. Good for a while, but lately, every bump she hits gives an internal rattling, seemingly, from the roll bar area....but really can't pinpoint it. Any thoughts? Thanks !

Have you checked to ensure all the fasteners are still tight?

99% sure all are tight. Just sounds like it's coming from the entire hard top. Would Jeep incorporate something that would prevent one from installing racks that aren't theirs? And when I take the basket off, but keep the racks on, the rattling stops.
