Rattle in center console storage area

I keep hearing a rattle that seems to be coming from the center console (cup holder or storage area)...i think...xould be somewhere else on passenger side I guess. A first i thought it was the garage door opener I had there, so I didn't care...but now that I set up the home link buttons... it's still there.

Seems like it only happens on larger bumps. Kinda like a thin metal or plastic sound.

Anyone had this?

This washe is loose behind the visor and freedom panel latch. Maybe thats it? Do I just take that felt off and tighten it?

Okay, so duct tape over it stopped the rattle. Took me 2 weeks to narrow that down. Thanks for the help...oh wait...nevermind
