I can't speak for quality of the Quadratec version, but the Rampage version is great. I've had it on and off for a year and half with no problems. Looking at the Rampage website, you can now order it to include the tailgate bar with 2 retainers for a very reasonable price. Tailgate bar is required if you don't have factory soft top.

I think the only reason to go with the Quadratec version is if you want the combo kit, which includes the side covers to keep rain out when in safari mode with factory soft top.

OK, thanks...sounds great. Just looking for something to cover up the entire cargo area of my 2-door, all the way up to the front seats. Not worried about rain here in SoCal...just prying eyes.

Has anyone purchased the Rampage tonneau cover? It looks like the soft windows can't be on at the same time, correct? I can't find any official info on their website, but there are many vendors selling it for a reasonable $60-75. $60 is almost worth the risk of 7/10 satisfaction and not being able to put the factory soft top windows back on.

you are right. I checked and this is why I went with a GPCA tonneau. I loved the Rampage cover becasue you could also add a windbreaker to it...

Interestingly, this part # (741035, black diamond) as listed everywhere online, doesn't appear to fit a 2-door JL, and Rampage's reps advised the same thing. However, part #741135 (black twill) fits 2- and 4-door. So....I don't get it....if the only difference between both items is the type of fabric, why doesn't 741305 fit a 2-door? The Rampage reps were a little confused as well, and couldn't confirm either way, so just wanted to see what folks are observing/using in real life. Many thanks!

Thanks for the pics...I guess the rear seat has to either removed or folded down for the cover to work. Was hoping it would still fit with the seat folder forward

Bought both Windbreaker and Tonneau cover. I've yet to use the Windbreaker, but the quality and fit of the tonneau is well above my expectations - A solid, will made piece and it does not flap in the wind but it does help with prying eyes in the parking lot. The only reason I bought it.

I am happy with the tonneau cover. The windbreaker, as near as I can tell, is useless. I am still running it because I paid for it, but don't get your expectations up.

Here it is with cover completely on. I strap both sides down to keep it from bouncing around since it doesn't lock.

Here are some older pictures, first shows back part of cover unattached and stuffed in the tub, second pic shows the top completely down and locked. I run both ways, but mostly with the cover on and strapped because it's a little easier.

I can get it to lock. I put the tonneau on losely, lock the top (I have to get up on the bumper and lean on the top to lock it), then finish putting on the cover. Not sure if that makes sense.

It sits high, so I got a rear view mirror dash cam and installed the rear camera on my third brake light so I can see behind me.
