Radio Volume - Mind of its Own

Anyone else have an intermittent issue where you turn the volume knob (not the back of the steering wheel rocker) down one notch, and the volume just keeps going down, all the way to zero? FYI, I have the technology group.

Searched for this, all I found were question/comments on speed sensitive volume or volume randomly going up and down.
