Radio Reboot Process?

My Wrangler is 2018 JL.
Press the volume and tuner knob button for 10 to 20 seconds and there is no change.
my vehicle is in park and in “Run” mode.
How can I reboot when a radio error occurs?

I have a Tazer and never need to do this, but I have this saved in my notes:

Hold the power and tune buttons together for about 15 seconds and release, then hit the power button again to reboot the system.

Note the instruction to hit the power button a second time.

Failing that, pull fuse F97 for a few seconds.

Having the same issue, my air conditioning is out of sync and when I start the vehicle. the defrost and AC control turns on and I cant change any settings until I shut the Jeep off and restart. I have tried all these reset ideas and none have worked.
