Radiator welds/seems

Broke down in St Louis yesterday. Jeep temperature displayed hot, so I got it off the road immediately. All kinds of dinging/and temperature gauge displaying hot. Anyway, pulled over and fluid coming out from bottom of the radiator. I thought it was a burst hose. Luckily, there was a Jeep dealer about 1 1/2 miles away, but did not want to take a chance so I towed it there. (Trying to get a tow on labor sucks BTW). Dealer called this morning and diagnosed that my radiator seems were split, so he ordered a new one and will have me up and running tomorrow. 2018 JLUR, 20,000 miles and radiator seems separating.....anyone else run into this?

I can't verify via the TSB since the radiator was replaced already. But I can verify that my vehicle build date on the driver door sill was not during the time of this TSB. As for where it separated, the tech stated on the paperwork that it was "leaking from right bottom seam, possible weak gasket". So I'm unsure whether it was metal or plastic separation. Thank you to both of you.
