Racks that work with both hard and soft top?

Are there any roof racks that would work with both a hard top and a soft top? I realize that I would not be able to fully roll back the soft top with a rack on there. And that I would need to remove it when swapping tops.

Compatibility with both tops probably has you looking at exoskeleton style racks, similar to the Gobi stealth:

It's hinged in the back and can swing back out of the way while you swap tops or fold down the soft top.
