Brand New Jeep or any brand new vehicle, tuning is not for me.
Just too risky. Maybe in a few years.
Claimed HP and Torque, what RPM? Would like to see their dyno-graph. Most companies won't give out numbers as they are not guaranteed.

I’m glad to see some development in tuning for the new 2.0. Would love to try this out. I’m sure someone will review soon enough. I’ll be watching.

This is awesome that someone finally came out with this. I’m curious as well as to the reliability and reviews and if it really works. I posted in other threads that I had a discussion with @Prodigy Performance and they have had internal discussions about possibly cracking the 2.0 tune. Very interested to see how this particular one works.

There is a guy on the FB JL pages showing his gains. He says they are quite impressive.

reading some of the other chip threads for the 3.6L it seems that a tune like this will permanently put a code on the vehicle's software and dealers will always know it's been flashed even if returned to stock and could cause warranty issues, bummer, I really want to try this

This system doesn’t flash the pcm, it just intercepts the signal and sends back a different one. Basically tricking the vehicle into thinking it needs more boost.

I'm not a fan of these type of "tuners" ... wouldn't even call it that.

Id like to see real dyno tests and custom street tune support as well as what parameters were changed.

If you blow up your motor, FCA will be able to tell you chipped it still -- not because it was flashed (it wasn't in this case) but most likely because the boost parameters and other data will look different than what is normal (i.e., outside of their parameter range). Not sure they'll deny a warranty claim because of it though, but they'll probably try.

That said, 20% seems unlikely, if so it would be worth it.
