Red Rocket Racings new stuby winch bumper

Built from 3/16 P&O USA steel built in the USA
This bumper will beable to use factory halogen lights from the plastic bumpers.
The studs for mounting are captured grade 8, 1/2-13 bolts
The 1" thick d ring mounts are built with a pass through design so they are welded to the bumper shell and internal mount plate that the mounting bolts are captured in.
