I got these black anodized lug nuts. The ones holding the spare get sprayed with rain, slush, salt and grime. They are looking like this now. They are barely 1 year old.

Any idea how to clean all this white gunk? Or are they done...

It wouldn't be a perfect replacement for the anodized finish, but have you considered Plasti-Dip? It would be cheap, easy and would prevent that oxidation in the future.

They're done, that's corrosion. Looks like they were a cheaper lug nut meant for a climate like California. If you're really in love with them. Hit them with some rattle can, it will hold up for a bit until you install them. Lol. You could also try Plasti Dip like poster above said if you're not planning on reinstalling them. ;)
