Question about winch covers

Good people, I have a winch cover I purchased on Amazon. It works great, except for one thing. In the humid tropics of Florida, I noticed that every morning there is condensation inside of the cover, which of course makes the winch wet. I’m trying to find one made of Gortex or some other rainproof but breathable material. So far I have been unsuccessful. Suggestions?

Interesting question. I am going to be going with a synthetic rope winch so will need a cover and would be curious to get the answer to your question too.

check out the Bartact winch covers. It is very well made and made in the US. I have a warn zeon 10s and it fits like a glove.

I had the Warn Vinyl winch bag from my old winch but not only did it not breathe, it didn't cover right. I ended up ordering one of these off Amazon. It faded from black to charcoal grey over 6ish months but other than that I have no complaints. Seems to breathe well and keep any sort of winter road sludge away from my winch.

Installed winch a couple of weeks ago and wanted to get a winch cover to protect it from the elements. I have an ARB stubby bumper with a Comeup 9.5rsi winch. It fits very snug and there is less than 1/4 inch clearance on the passenger side to fit a cover. I have tried several winch covers but can’t find one thin enough to pass through. Any recommendations on how to cover it?
