Hello all. I'm looking to upgrade from 35's to 37's (BFG KM3's) and want to get into rock crawling more. Is it better to go with a wider tire, for example 13.5 instead of 12.5?

I guess my limited reasoning would be to go with a wider tire since you'd have more rubber in contact with the ground, but would like to hear from those who are more experienced on the trails. Thanks

Dennis Woods: "Wider is better."

The man has the third most recognizable mustache after Tom Selleck and Burt Reynolds. Can't argue with his wisdom...
