Hi Everyone,

New Jeeper here. Can anyone tell me just how important the skid on the bumper to protect the sway bar is? I've been looking at the DV8 FS-15 but dont have enough in the budget quite yet to add the skid.

Im trying to find other options that include the skid such as the Smittybilt Stryker, I just wasn't sure if it was vital or not.

Any thoughts?

I would just consider rotating the sway bar motor. Then you won't have to worry about it.

I have seen both sides in the feedback I've read. Some say it fits perfect and they have no issues. Others say they have to make modifications.
