Question about 2 different TSB

Hello,

i have a scheduled appointment Tuesday to have my steering looked at for the TSB 08-074-20 to replace the alum steering box.

Separate issue twice this week I was driving this week in cold weather on the highway and my steering wheel felt like it was locked and i could barely turn. I saw TSB 08-092-18 address this issue.

my question is if i have my steering box replaced to the steel one will i still need to have TSB-08-092-18 applied also?

I would doubt it since part of gear box TSB is software related.
