Smoked some pork belly with a 50/50 mix of mesquite and pecan. Sliced it up, made some tacos, added cabbage and salsa. Good eating.

I've been enjoying 1950's sandwiches for lunch:

-fried bologne on a kaizer roll
-cold pickle and melted cheese (mild cheddar) on rye
-thick cut ham and tomato w/ mayo on a wrap
-turkey & mayo on toast

some of these my mom would make when I was a kid in the 70's... so also enjoying some nostalgia.
