So, this picture is stock (right) vs. yours (left)? This is the low beam pattern? Where's the cutoff? Am I missing something? It can't be DOT legal to blind all oncoming traffic.

I am not sure what you mean "DOT not a problem". Are they DOT compliant (yes or no)?DOT not a problem - We used these on lots of different models of JL's Our tests and Intel tells us that there is only one connector type either it be halogen or LED. Also we have been shipping these lights to customers and we have not heard any complaints in regards to the lights, especially a connector issue.
1000% not DOT approved. Just look at that cutoff. You don't want that.I am not sure what you mean "DOT not a problem". Are they DOT compliant (yes or no)?

That picture appears to be the high beam...So, this picture is stock (right) vs. yours (left)? This is the low beam pattern? Where's the cutoff? Am I missing something? It can't be DOT legal to blind all oncoming traffic.
It appears they are designed to be DOT/SAE compliant...But he said DOT no problem......
in the United States, exterior vehicle illumination is regulated by the United States Department of Transportation, not individual states, and the DOT has approved headlamp designs using LED lamps as a light source. You are correct if what I'm reading is true. According to this article from Truck Lite there is no such thing as "DOT Approved"....
"There is a great deal of confusion regarding lighting regulations in the industry. One common mistake is using the term "DOT approved." The United States Department of Transportation is not an approval agency and will not approve products. In the past, USDOT has sternly warned manufacturers that claim that their products are "DOT approved;" the correct language is "DOT compliant."
In the US and Canada, lighting products are certified by the lighting manufacturer as compliant, and unless the certification is "clearly erroneous," the certification will stand. The reputable manufacturer will state that its products are "designed to conform" to the elements of the FMVSS-108 requirements."
We have a Bluetooth controller that allows you to pick which accent color you want to display. Set to white color for on-road use only! If you have a non-DRL JL. Wire the Bluetooth controller to a switch or a existing positive wire that is live when JL is switched on. 12Volts only! The Bluetooth controller autosaves to last set color and will always come back to that color. Can you explain how the DRL work? Will DRL feature work with a Sport that does not have DRL standard?
Yes you are correct. The bumper is different on those different versions. Our Fog light will work with both. So No Problem. The led and halogen fog lights use different mounting brackets on the bumpers. Do these lights fit on the halogen bumper/brackets?
That is one of the better projects we did this year. Great idea Iron cross. We are glad to be working with you guys on it. I almost like those pods better then ours. Those pics do not do it justice! The only thing we can be sure of is that these bad boys are not DOT Compliant but are wicked awesome! ......sorry TROLLS, although it may look like it the face plate does not affect the light output in any noticeable way.
