I bought the kit a couple weeks ago and I’m about to install it this weekend. Most of the pics I see have a single screw ran through the front of the fender to attach it to the bracket. I’m wondering if I can use a glue or epoxy instead. Has anyone tried doing it without the screw?

Here’s a crappy picture of what I’m talking about:

Without that screw, the fender will flap around quite a bit at even the lower highway speeds. Been there done that, because I originally thought it looked cleaner with it. I now have the provided stainless hardware installed. It could also be blacked out with a paint pen to help camouflage it.

Did you try a glue or epoxy? Or did you just leave it with nothing attaching it?

You can try some 5200 if you have a marine hardware store near you. It's a marine adhesive. You need to be sure all mating surfaces are oil free. Scuff it with sandpaper, clean with acetone and apply.

Nothing will work as well as a mechanical fastener though. You can get black torx cap head bolts and use a black plastic washer if you want it to blend in.

The amount of wind buffering had me convinced that drilling the fender and installing the hardware was the best bet. Plus, if for some reason it needs to be removed, I don't have to worry about causing damage by separating an adhesive.

Is that the AAL kit or Quake? It looks like the light has started to turn yellow

It's the AAL setup. I haven't washed the jeep in about 2 years, and I work in a very dusty or muddy yard depending on mother nature. They still shine stark white when lit. Here's a pic taken half way through the chop and light install.
