Quadratec LED Fog Lights?

Has anybody used the Quadratec LED Fog Lights? Thoughts? They claim 680 lumens per light, which I believe is slightly higher than factory LED.

Considering the Warn Elite bumper but it was designed with only the factory steel bumper's LED fog lights in mind. If the Quadratecs are comparable to factory, seems like a good low-cost option to avoid having to modify the brackets and my plastic bumper LED fogs to fit.
