Yep, the one on the left, in the aerosol can. It has worked well for me. My wife and I have 9 kids and a 15 passenger van, so we've cleaned many things, including some that were unidentified, and this product seems to stand out above others.

When you think about it, what are the odds that we've got 9 kids who get packed into a van and yet I've never had to clean barf with that stuff? (I'm knocking on wood right now.) Just lucky, I guess. :fingerscrossed:
Wow Dan, when do you two have time to sleep?

Lol, they are getting older, so as they hit teen years, they sleep more, so that helps....a little. They range from 8 to 17, so there is never a dull moment.

I’ve just today sourced some Euro tail lights for another forum member in the US.

I you want some contact @AllMoparParts.com (Benny) on the forum. He found them using the vin for my UK JLUR..

He’s very helpful, I’m sure he would be delighted to supply them to other US based forum members.
I’ve read that in order for those to work they have to be programmed by the dealer and it’s unlikely they’ll do that seeing as a US VIN wouldn’t meet the qualifications for Euro taillights. I don’t know that for certain though.

OK, I see it now, no worries.

The rear fog lights are the lower one’s in the bumper in the pics I posted. One each side

P.S. you can also do @Mad Hatter that gives you a notification
Rudolph, thanks for confirming that REAR FOG <<LIGHTS>>, [not reflectors!!!] , are another difference between USA and export/Euro/UK models. One more thing we don't have in the USA market. FYI, if I had had the option to order rear fog lights, I would have paid extra for them!

Responding to L1011's comments, also above, I agree that amber turn signals--front and rear--are preferable for their non-ambiguous meaning. From living/driving in Germany from late '89 to mid-90's, I got used to them in daily traffic. Since returning from that expatriate experience, I believe/recall that Honda Odyssey's rear turn signals have gone all-red to amber and back again over the years in the USA market. [Yeah, that odious, front-wheel drive mini-van reflected family life with kids!] None of my vehicles in the last 25 years have had amber rear turn signals. Poor marketing decisions by the manufacturers, in my mind, but more likely NHTSA/SAE blinder-vision-driven.

Why do I say that? Back in 1969 I was driving with then-illegal 7" Cibié halogen headlights in my VW Type 3 squareback [unusual twin-carb version imported by my father in 1963 from Germany; it required high test fuel!] The European cut-off beam pattern from twin H1 bulbs in the Cibié headlights was oh so superior to the wimpy, yellow, faded spots projected only a few feet in front by those old-fashioned, SAE-approved, sealed-beam tungsten-filament headlights. Unfortunately, nothing has changed from the regulatory angle. From what I can tell from threads here and elsewhere, USA lags Europe and other markets in key technology adoptions, for example, active, multi-emitter LED headlights that move beam patterns around oncoming traffic so as to not blind other drivers but maintain maximum visibility for you as the driver approaching the other...Check out BMW lighting...

I don't think so, but you can mention or PM @JeepCares to get their attention.

Sorry I can’t give you an answer to that.

Edit to add... there is information in this thread about converting to LED headlights, I think this would be helpful

And Europe also wisely mandates Amber turn signals in the rear, which is something Jeep should add to all US models. A combined brake light / turn signal is ambiguous and a safety hazzard IMHO. Perhaps @JeepCares will pass this on to the powers that be at FCA USA? I want the Euro taillights on my US-spec Wrangler! (Or, at least rear amber turn signals)
Hi L1011,
We always appreciate customer feedback and your suggestion has been noted!

What do you folks use for carpet cleaner? Son threw up all over the back seat area and carpet still smells. Thinking need to give it a good wash so wondering on recommended products.
i also recommend taking the carpet out to give it a really thorough cleaning. I've done it twice now and it is relatively easy to do.

A question and a comment:

Q: We finally took the top off and there are a lot of holes on top of the frame where the roof bolts on. Do people put plugs on these holes or is it ok if water gets in them?

C: I've realized the doors on the JL are quite small which i find great because it lessens the worry of opening the door and whacking the car next to me, especially when it comes to the kids getting out and just throwing their door open.

Q: I recently replaced my OEM Trans/T-case cross member for some Quadratec Aluminum skid plates, and my plastic JLUR Bumper for a Motobilt front bumper.

Do people actually want the OEM parts (cross member, plastic bumper), or do they just collect dust in the corner? Is it worth putting them up somewhere for money or for free? Scrap? Take the bumper apart and reuse the shiny red tow hooks as coat hangers for the wall?
