Putting 35in tire with 18x9 wheel with 0 or -12 offset?

Looking to put Toyo open country R/T tires on, but not sure exactly how it will look or drive? Im planning to put 35x12.5x18 on a 18x9 fuel assault wheel on my JLUR and not sure if i want 0 or -12 offset. Any info and Pictures will help a lot. Thanks!

Thats -12mm on a 35

0 is plenty for clearance. But.. if you like the look of a wider stance then your good to go with -12.

Would my turning ratio be effected in any way? Is there any cons about a -12 offset oppose to 0?

No changes to steering. No negatives to -12. They will simply stick 12 mm further out than 0.

I like look of -12 as well but also hear people on here post of debris thrown up and chipping door hinges. Is that still a concern on -12 ?
