Put a JK safari bikini top and windshield channel on a JL?

i really want to get a safari bikini top for our JL but none can be found. Has anyone been able to use the JK versions for their JL? If so what modifications are needed?

I did it. You have to bend the windshield channel a little bit to fit the shape of the JL windshield. I also drilled into the windshield channel and use bolts and metal spacers to go into the freedom panel guide holes to secure it down. The bikini top itself fits pretty well, although the back part is a tiny bit wide.

This looks pretty good. Can you post more pics? Is it lumpy anywhere?

I don’t think I have anymore pictures of it. The JL is wider at the windshield by just a little bit, and narrow were at the rear roller bar. The windchill channel had to be bent just slightly to fit, and I had to pull the rear straps a little tighter on the sides. Other than that good to go.
