35's fit perfect, ride awesome, 0 rub so far. Really look like they belong.

The 285/70/17 on the jku fit great, ride awesome, very slight rub at full turn + speed, putting a 1.5 teraflex on it thursday.

Did you have to use a wheel spacer for your 35s?

No spacers on either, stock 17x7.5 rims, no suspension work.

Total stock tire swap.

I am putting a leveling kit on the 2017 for looks and a bit of clearance. But it drives fine and could go without if no full crack turns.

Just for full tire disclosure, I bought bfg ko2 315/70/17 and put tgem on my rubi rims.

Then took the factory bfg ko2 285/70/17 and put the on the factory jku rims.

The rubi had 0 issues, I raised the 3rd brake light ( which btw the jeep tool bag does not have the that size head). The tire hust touches the rear bumber and a little bit of tire can be seen in the back up cam.

The 285's fit the jku and look fine on street. Full crack turns very slightly rub the away bar so you feel a vibration. Off roading would need a lift. The spare fit the carrier but slightl press the 3rd brake light arm kinda tilting it back.

Over all 99.9% happy and will update after level kit on Thursday. Once teraflex makes a jl level kit I plan to get one.

Looks Great. On the new JL, any difference in ride going from the stock 33's to the 35's

Just for reference, the 315's are not actually 35" in diameter, and the stock tires are actually close to 34". I have these myself and they measure out to 34".

As per TireRack:

315/70/17 34.4"
285/70/17 32.7"
Closer than I thought. Think I might run the stock tires until needing replacement, then jumping up to 315/70/17. With all the extra accessories I want to add, running the stock tires won't kill my for a while. And my wallet will thank me. To the OP, did you find any difference in ride when jumping up in tire size.
