Push button soft top. Can you pull it back to the sports bar and stop it there?

I love my 2 door! And we remove the 2 front freedom panels when we can.
My wife says I can keep my Jeep 5 years max, so I am researching my next vehicle ready for delivery in 4 years from now.

On the 4 door, with the push button soft top, can I pull the top back to the sports bar and stop it there? Or do I have to pull it all the way back?

I have the 1 touch sky top and you have the following options:
- press the open button once and it opens all the way back
- press the close button once and it closes all the way up
- at anytime press the button to stop/start the top in any position

Essentially you can put the top in any position that you want to. I actually drive around a lot with just the front 2 seats open to the air just like a typical softtop in sunrider mode.

However in 4 years who knows what might be out for a top.

With the push button soft top, is the rear window glass like a hard top, or is it plastic like a soft top?

It is just like a hardtop, solid glass

The side windows do come out though and those are similar to a hard top roof panel on how they come off.
